Emailing Support Tickets to Paradigm Support Desk

1. Open up the applicable Paradigm window.

2. Select the Print Screen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard. 

3. Open up a new email on Outlook.

4. Right click onto body of email and paste the screen shot.

5. Email support@paradigmsoftware.co.za and give as much reference information as possible for the query. 

Please do not cc in any of the Paradigm team when logging a ticket.
