Creating Tasks and Team Activities

Creating a New Task

Navigation → Tasks → Processing → My Tasks

  1. Add new task using the  icon on toolbar. 
  2. Name the task.
  3. Add description.
  4. Assign to person responsible.
  5. Link to a Team Activity if necessary.

Press OK and save (CTRL + S)

  1. Select Responsible tab in window on far right of screen.
  2. Reassign task if necessary.

Save changes by using save icon on toolbar or CTRL + S.

  1. Filter tasks: Focus, Scoreboard, Outstanding, Completed or All tasks.
  2. Once task is complete, tick the completed box.
  3. Tick task as a focus task if necessary.

Save changes by using save icon on toolbar or CTRL + S.

Creating a Team Activity

  1. Add a new Team Activity.
  2. Capture Company, Workspace and name the Team Activity.

Select OK and save (CTRL + S)

View after capturing Company, Workspace and Name of Team Activity.
